Turning dreams into reality

Achieving your dreams and goals depends on several factors:

1. You should have a specific goal.
2. You have to be sure that you really want to achieve your goal.
3. You need to have a clear mental image of your goal.
4. You need a strong desire.
5. You need to disregard and reject doubts and thoughts about failure.
6. Show confidence and faith and persevere until you gain success

How many people fulfill all the above-mentioned requirements? Just a few! Most people do not know that there are some laws governing success, which should be followed.
It is so easy and simple to daydream and then say, "Well it is just a daydream. It will never come true". It is so easy to give up due to lack of faith.

Achieving your goals shouldn't be a tough ordeal. In fact, it can be fun and pleasure, if you go in the right way. It is not hard physical work that brings success. Great success does not require hard physical labour. In fact, you need to do mental work.

Visualization and repeating affirmations make up this mental work, and are important stepping stones to achieving success. When you visualize and affirm you focus and channel your energies toward your goal. Your mind is geared toward finding solutions to bring your goal into manifestation.

By thinking in a positive manner on your goal, and do not letting any doubts enter your mind, your intuition starts working, you see opportunities, and you have energy at your disposal to follow your goals and dreams.

Some people listen to subliminal messages, for programming their minds for success. There are many CD's available today, which implant subliminal messages into the mind, so as to activate its power. Some people prefer to use them, because this does not require any effort on their part. It is said that these subliminal messages, which go straight to the subconscious mind, bring faster results. Maybe they do, but then you have no control on what goes into your mind.

When you visualize and affirm your goals or write down, you gain much more then just programming your mind passively with subliminal messages. The attention, intention and energy you channel toward visualizing and affirming, develop in you inner strength, concentration, willpower and self-discipline. You actively develop your inner powers.

One of the advantages of visualization and affirmations is that you can use them wherever you are, at any time, without the necessity of any external instruments. All you need is your mind.

Success appears in various ways, sometimes in a miraculous way, sometimes in an ordinary way, and sometimes through an opportunity that appears. A door opens, but you have to get in and take advantage of the opportunity.

Correctly following these methods will bring you more ambition, inspiration and motivation, which would enhance your chances of success.

Remember, there are big goals and there are many small daily goals, which visualization and affirmations can make them easier and faster to achieve.
People often erroneously think that goals mean only big goals, such as: becoming wealthy, getting an expensive car, possessing a big house with a swimming pool,
building a very successful business.

The truth is that the following are no less important goals:

getting to work on time,
spending more time with the family,
reading a book,
going to see a movie,
eating less.

Malaysia catat sejarah!!

Tahniah!!!!Malaysia telah mencatat sejarah, angkasawan pertama negara ,Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor Sheikh Mustapha telah berlepas ke Stesen Angkasa Antarabangsa (ISS) menggunakan roket Soyuz TMA-11 buatan Rusia dari tapak pelancaran Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan tepat pukul 9.21 malam waktu Malaysia.

Saat yang bersejarah ini telah disaksikan oleh jutaan rakyat Malaysia disiarkan secara langsung melalui media elektronik khususnya televisyen, di RTM1, TV3 dan Astro 588.Disamping itu, beberapa skrin yang ditempatkan di lokasi strategik di ibu negara bagi menyaksikan detik-detik kegemilangan itu.

Kejayaan menghantar angkasawan negara itu menandakan satu lagi pencapaian di peringkat dunia yang mampu diraih oleh rakyat negara kita.Peristiwa ini sepatutnya menjadi kebanggaan semua rakyat Malaysia.

Selain Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor, misi pesawat angkasa lepas seberat 7,170kg itu disertai Komander Peggy Whitson dari Amerika Syarikat dan jurutera penerbangan, Yuri Malenchenko dari Rusia.

Bukan itu sahaja, Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor juga mencatat sejarah sebagai angkawasan pertama Islam yang bakal menyambut Aidilfitri di angkasa lepas, yang berada pada kedudukan 333km dari muka bumi dengan jangkaan tiba ke ISS selama dua hari.

Sekali lagi syabas kepada Dr Sheikh Muszaphar dan seluruh warga Malaysia.Marilah sama-sama kita berdoa agar beliau selamat kembali pada 21 Oktober ini.

Hari ini dah ramai kawan-kawan kita mula pulang ke kampung halaman untuk berhari raya bersama keluarga.Jalanraya pastinya akan lebih sibuk pada besuk dan lusa.Dalam keadaan yang sebegini semua pengguna jalanraya perlu berhati-hati ketika di jalan raya.Di bawah disenaraikan 8 petua untuk keselamatan Jalan Raya.Semuga semua kita selamat pulang dan selamat kembali.

8 Petua Keselamatan Jalan Raya

1. Rancang perjalanan anda terlebih dahulu. Jika anda letih, mengantuk, mabuk atau tidak fokus, tangguhkan perjalanan anda.

2. Sentiasa ikut had laju yang ditentukan.

3. Berikan isyarat dan patuhi semua peraturan keselamatan semasa menukar lorong. Periksa cermin sisi dan cermin pandangan belakang sebelum melakukan pertukaran lorong.

4. Sentiasa patuhi peraturan jalan raya di simpang dengan berhenti apabila lampu isyarat merah atau kuning dan beri keutamaan kepada pejalan kaki.

5. Elakkan daripada mengekori kenderaan lain pada sepanjang masa kerana ini sering menjadi punca kemalangan yang serius.

6. Patuhi garis panduan keselamatan semasa memotong. Jangan memotong jika teragak-agak.

7. Jangan memotong barisan atau menyalahgunakan lorong kecemasan. Ia bukan sahaja biadap tetapi membahayakan semua pengguna.

8. Elakkan mencelah di antara kenderaan kerana ini membahayakan keselamatan anda dan orang lain.

Panduan Solat Aidilfiri dan Solat Aidiladha

1. Diriwayatkan dari Abu Said, ia berkata : Adalah Nabi (S.A.W.). pada
hari raya Aidilfitri dan Aidiladha keluar ke mushalla ( padang untuk solat), maka pertama yang beliau kerjakan adalah solat, kemudian setelah selesai beliau berdiri menghadap kepada manusia sedang manusia masih duduk tertib pada Saf mereka, lalu beliau memberi nasihat dan wasiat (khutbah ) apabila beliau hendak mengutus
tentera atau ingin memerintahkan sesuatu yang telah beliau putuskan, beliau perintahkan setelah selesai beliau pergi. (H.R. : Al-Bukhary dan Muslim )

2. Telah berkata Jaabir (R.A.): Saya menyaksikan solat 'ied bersama Nabi S.A.W.). Beliau memulai solat sebelum khutbah tanpa azan dan tanpa iqamah, setelah selesai
beliau berdiri bertekan atas Bilal, lalu memerintahkan manusia supaya bertaqwa kepada Allah, mendorong mereka untuk taat, menasihati manusia dan memperingatkan mereka, setelah selesai beliau turun mendatangi saf wanita dan selanjutnya beliau memperingatkan mereka. (H.R : Muslim )


3. Diriwayatkan dari Ibnu Umar (R.A.). ia berkata : Umar mendapati pakaian tebal dari sutera yang dijual, lalu beliau mengambilnya dan membawa kepada Rasulullah (S.A.W.). lalu berkata : Ya Rasulullah belilah pakaian ini dan berhiaslah dengannya untuk hari raya dan untuk menerima utusan. Maka beliaupun menjawab : Sesungguhnya pakaian ini adalah bagian orang-orang yang tidak punya bagian di akhirat (yakni orang kafir). ( H.R Bukhary dan Muslim )


4. Diriwayatkan dari Ummu 'Atiyah (R.A.). ia berkata : Rasulullah (S.A.W.). memerintahkan kami keluar pada Aidilfitri dan Aidiladha semua gadis-gadis, wanita-wanita yang haid, wanita-wanita yang tinggal dalam kamarnya. Adapun wanita yang sedang haid mengasingkan diri dari mushalla (tempat solat 'ied ), mereka meyaksikan kebaikan dan mendengarkan dakwah kaum muslimin (mendengarkan khutbah ). Saya berkata : Yaa Rasulullah bagaimana dengan kami yang tidak mempunyai jilbab? Beliau bersabda: Supaya saudaaranya meminjamkan kepadanya dari jilbabnya. (H.R : Jama'ah)

5. Diriwayatkan dari Anas bin Malik (R.A.). ia berkata : Adalah Nabi (S.A.W.). Tidak berangkat menuju mushalla kecuali beliau memakan beberapa biji kurma, dan beliau memakannya dalam jumlah bilangan ganjil. (H.R. : Al-Bukhary dan Muslim )

6. Diriwayatkan dari Burayaidah (R.A.). ia berkata : Adalah Nabi (S.A.W.) keluar untuk solat Aidilfitri sehingga makan terlebih dahulu dan tidak makan pada solat Aidiladha sehingga beliau kembali dari solat 'ied. ( H.R : Ibnu Majah, At-Tirmidzi dan Ahmad)


7. Diriwayatkan dari Ibnu Abbas (R.A.). ia berkata : Bahwasanya Nabi (S.A.W.). keluar untuk solat Aidilfitri dua raka'at, tidak solat sunah sebelumnya dan tidak pula sesudahnya. (H.R : Bukhary dan Muslim )


8. Diriwayatkan dari Jaabir (R.A.). ia berkata : Adalah Nabi (S.A.W.) apabila keluar untuk solat 'ied ke mushalla, beliau menyelisihkan jalan (yakni waktu berangkat melalui satu jalan dan waktu kembali melalui jalan yang lain ). (H.R : Bukhary )


9. Diriwayatkan dari Yazid bin Khumair Arrahbiyyi (R.A.). ia berkata : Sesungguhnya Abdullah bin Busri seorang sahabat nabi (S.A.W.). keluar bersama manusia untuk solat Aidilfitri atau Aidiladha, maka beliau mengingkari keterlambatan imam, lalu berkata : Sesungguhnya kami dahulu ( pada zaman Nabi (S.A.W.) pada jam-jam seperti ini sudah selesai mengerjakan solat 'ied. Pada waktu ia berkata demikian adalah pada solat Dhuha. (H.R. : Abu Daud dan Ibnu Majah)


10. Diriwayatkan dari Abi Umair bin Anas, diriwayatkan dari seora)ng pamannya dari golongan Anshar, ia berkata: Mereka berkata: Karena tertutup awan maka tidak terlihat oleh kami hilal Syawal, maka pada pagi harinya kami masih tetap puasa, kemudian datanglah satu kafilah berkendaraan di akhir siang, mereka bersaksi di hadapan asulullah (S.A.W.).bahawa mereka kelmarin melihat hilal. Maka Rasulullah (S.A.W.). memerintahkan semua manusia ( ummat Islam ) agar berbuka pada hari itu dan keluar menunaikan solat 'ied pada hari esoknya. (H.R. : Lima kecuali At-Tirmidzi)


11. Diriwayatkan dari Azzuhri, ia berkata : Adalah manusia (para) sahabat) bertakbir pada hari raya ketika mereka keluar dari rumah-rumah mereka menuju tempat solat 'ied sampai mereka tiba di mushalla ( tempat solat 'ied ) dan terus bertakbir sampai imam datang, apabila imam telah datang, mereka diam dan apabila imam bertakbir maka merekapun ikut bertakbir. (H.R.: Ibnu Abi Syaibah)


12. Diriwayatkan bahawa Ibnu Mas'ud (R.A.). bertakbir pada hari-hari tasyriq dengan lafadz sbb: (artinya): Allah maha besar, Allah maha besar, tidak ada Illah melainkan Allah dan Allah maha besar, Allah maha besar dan bagiNya segala puji. (H.R. Ibnu Abi Syaibah dengan sanad shahih )


13. Diriwayatkan dari Amru bin Syu'aib, dari ayahnya, dari neneknya, ia berkata : Sesungguhnya Nabi (S.A.W.). bertakbir pada solat 'ied dua belas kali takbir. dalam raka'at pertama tujuh kali takbir dan pada raka'at yang kedua lima kali takbir dan tidak solat sunnah sebelumnya dan juga sesudahnya. (H.R. : Amad dan Ibnu Majah )


14. Diriwayatkan dari Samuroh, ia berkata: Adalah Nabi (S.A.W.). dalam solat kedua hari raya beliau membaca: Sabihisma rabbikal A'la dan hal ataka haditsul ghosiah. (H.R. : Ahmad )


15. Diriwayatkan dari Abu Waqid Allaitsi, ia berkata : Umar bin Khaththab telah menanyakan kepadaku tentang apa yang dibaca oleh Nabi (S.A.W.). Waktu solat 'ied . Aku menjawab : beliau membaca surah (qtarabatissa'ah ) dan ( Qaaf walqur'anul majid). (H.R. : Muslim )

16. Diriwayatkan dari Zaid bin Arqom (R.A.). ia berkata : Nabi (S.A.W.). Mendirikan solat 'ied, kemudian beliau memberikan ruhkshah / kemudahan dalam menunaikan solat Jumaat, kemudian beliau bersabda : Barang siapa yang mahu solat Jumaat, maka kerjakanlah. (H.R. : Imam yang lima kecuali At-Tirmidzi )

17. Diriwayatkan dari Abu Hurairah (R.A.). bahwasanya Nabi (S.A.W.). bersabda pada hari kamu ini, telah berkumpul dua hari raya (hari Jumaat dan hari raya), maka barang siapa yang suka solat Jum'at, maka solatnya diberi pahala sedang kami akan melaksanakan solat Jum'at. (H.R: Abu Daud )



KESIMPULAN

Hadits-hadits tersebut memberi pelajaran kepada kita tentang adab-adab solat hari raya sbb : Pakaian pada saat mendirikan solat kedua hari raya disunnahkan memakai pakaian yang paling bagus. (Dalil: 3 )

Makan

a. Sebelum berangkat solat Aidilfitri disunnahkan makan terlebih dahulu, jika terdapat beberapa butir kurma, jika tidak ada maka makanan apa saja.

b. Sebaliknya pada Aidiladha, disunahkan tidak makan terlebih dahulu sampai selesai solat Aidiladha. (Dalil: 5 dan 6 )

Mendengungkan takbir
a. Pada hari raya Aidilfitri, takbir didengungkan sejak keluar dari rumah menuju ke tempat solat dan sesampainya di tempat solat terus dilanjutkan takbir didengungkan sampai solat dimulai. (Dalil : 11 )

b. Pada hari raya Aidiladha, takbir boleh didengungkan sejak Shubuh hari Arafah (9 Dzul Hijjah ) hingga akhir hari tasyriq ( 13 Dzulhijjah ). (Dalil: 12)

Jalan yang dilalui Disunnahkan membedakan jalan yang dilalui waktu berangkat solat hari raya dengan jalan yang dilalui di waktu pulang dari solat 'ied ( yakni waktu berangkat melalui satu jalan, sedang waktu pulang melalui jalan yang lain ). (Dalil: 8 )

Bila terlambat mengetahui tibanya hari raya Apabila datangnya berita tibanya hari raya sudah tengah hari atau petang hari, maka hari itu diwajibkan berbuka sedang pelaksanaan solat hari raya dilakukan pada hari esoknya. (Dalil : 10 )

Yang menghadiri solat 'ied
Solat 'ied disunnahkan untuk dihadiri oleh orang dewasa, baik lelaki maupun wanita, baik wanita yang suci dari haid maupun wanita yang sedang haid dan juga kanak-kanak baik laki-laki maupun wanita. Wanita yang sedang haid tidak ikut solat, tetapi hadir untuk mendengarkan khutbah 'ied. (Dalil: 4 )

Tempat solat 'ied
Solat 'ied lebih afdhal (utama) diadakan di mushalla iaitu suatu padang yang di sediakan untuk solat 'ied, kecuali ada uzur hujan maka solat diadakan di masjid. Mengadakan solat 'ied di masjid pada hal tidak ada hujan sementara lapangan (padang ) tersedia, maka ini kurang afdhal karena menyelisihi amalan Rasulullah (S.A.W.). yang selalu mengadakan solat 'ied di mushalla (padang tempat solat ), kecuali sekali dua kali beliau mengadakan di masjid karena hujan. (Dalil: 1 dan 8 )

Cara solat 'ied
a. solat 'ied dua rakaat, tanpa azan dan iqamah dan tanpa solat sunnah sebelumnya dan sesudahnya. (Dalil: 1,2 dan 7 )

b. Pada rakaat pertama setelah takbiratul ihraam sebelum membaca Al-Fatihah, ditambah 7 kali takbir. Sedang pada raka'at yang kedua sebelum membaca Al-Fatihah dengan takbir lima kali. (Dalil: 13 )

c. Setelah membaca Fatihah pada rakaat pertama di sunnahkan membaca surah (sabihisma rabbikal a'la/surat ke 87 ) atau surat iqtarabatissa'ah / surat ke 54 ). Dan setelah membaca Al-Fatihah pada raka'at yang kedua disunnahkan membaca surat (Hal Ataka Haditsul Ghaasyiyah/surat ke 88 ) atau membaca surat (Qaaf walqur'anul majid/surat ke 50 ).(Dalil : 15)

d. Setelah selesai solat, imam berdiri menghadap makmum dan berkhutbah memberi nasihat-nasihat dan wasiat-wasiat, atau perintah-perintah penting.

e. Khutbah hari raya ini boleh diadakan khusus untuk laki-laki kemudian khusus untuk wanita.

Solat 'ied diadakan setelah matahari naik, tetapi sebelum masuk waktu solat Dhuha. (Dalil: 9 )

Hari raya jatuh pada hari Jum'at. Bila hari raya jatuh pada hari Jum'at, maka solat Jum'at menjadi sunnah, boleh diadakan dan boleh tidak, tetapi untuk pemuka umat atau imam masjid jami' sebaiknya tetap mengadakan solat Jum'at. (dalil 16 dan 17)

The Power of Repeated Words and Thoughts

Thinking is usually a mixture of words, sentences, mental images and sensations. Thoughts are visitors, who visit the central station of the mind. They come, stay a while, and then disappear, making space for other thoughts. Some of these thoughts stay longer, gain power, and affect the life of the person thinking them.

It seems that most people let thoughts connected with worries, fears, anger or unhappiness occupy their mind most of the time. They keep engaging their mind with inner conversation about negative situations and actions. This inner conversation eventually affects the subconscious mind, making it accept and take seriously the thoughts and ideas expressed in those inner conversations.

It is of vital importance to be careful of what goes into the subconscious mind. Words and thoughts that are repeated often get stronger by the repetitions, sink into the subconscious mind and affect the behavior, actions and reactions of the person involved.

The subconscious mind regards the words and thoughts that get lodged inside it as expressing and describing a real situation, and therefore endeavors to align the words and thoughts with reality. It works diligently to make these words and thoughts a reality in the life of the person saying or thinking them.

This means that if you often tell yourself that it is difficult or impossible to acquire money, the subconscious mind will accept your words and put obstacles in your way. If you keep telling yourself that you are rich, it will find ways to bring you opportunities to get rich, and push you towards taking advantage of these opportunities.

The thoughts that you express through your words shape your life. This is often done unconsciously, as few pay attention to their thoughts and the words they use while thinking, and let outside circumstances and situations determine what they think about. In this case there is no freedom. Here, the outside world affects the inner world.

If you consciously choose the thoughts, phrases and words that you repeat in your mind, your life will start to change. You will begin creating new situations and circumstances. You will be using the power of affirmations.

Affirmations are sentences that are repeated often during the day, and which sink into the subconscious mind, thereby releasing its enormous power to materialize the intention of the words and phrases in the outside world. This does not mean that every word you utter will bring results. In order to trigger the subconscious mind into action, the words have to be said with attention, intention and with feeling.

In order to obtain positive results, affirmations have to be phrased in positive words. Look at the following two sentences:

1. I am not weak anymore.
2. I am strong and powerful.

Though both sentences seem to express the same idea, but in different words, the first one is a negative sentence. It creates in the mind a mental image of weakness. This is wrong wording. The second sentence awakens in the mind a mental image of strength.

It is not enough to say an affirmation a few times, and then expect your life to change. More than this is necessary. It is important to affirm with attention, as well as with strong desire, faith and persistence. It is also important to choose the right affirmation for any specific situation. You need to feel comfortable with it; otherwise the affirmation may not work or may bring you something that you do not really want.

Affirmations can be used together with creative visualization, to strengthen it, and they can be used separately, on their own. They are of special importance for people who find it difficult to visualize. In this case they serve as a substitution to creative visualization.

Instead of repeating negative and useless words and phrases in the mind, you can choose positive words and phrases to help you build the life you want. By choosing your thoughts and words you exercise control over your life.

Here are a few affirmations:

- Day by day I am becoming happier and more satisfied.
- With every inhalation I am filling myself with happiness.
- Love is filling my life now.
- A lot of money is flowing now into my life.
- The power of the Universal Mind is now filling my life with wealth.
- Healing energy is constantly filling every cell of my body.
- I always stay calm and in control of myself, in every situation and in all circumstances.
- I am having a wonderful, happy and fascinating day.

Rebutlah LailatulQadar

Selamat berpuasa kepada sahabat semua!

Sungguh cepat masa berlalu.Hari ini dah masuk 25 hari kita berpuasa. Sedar tidak sedar, Ramadan yang penuh keberkatan tak lama lagi akan meninggalkan kita.Bagi mereka yang benar-benar menjiwai dan menghayati makna Ramadan tentulah berdukacita kerana bulan-bulan yang mendatang pastinya tidak sama sebagaimana keberkatan yang tersedia untuk beribadah dengan ganjaran berganda seperti di bulan Ramadan ini.


Kita tak pasti samada kita masih berkesempatan mengecapi Ramadan pada tahun-tahun akan datang. Oleh itu marilah kita menggunakan setiap detik yang tersisa ini untuk menggandakan amalan dan ibadah pada hari-hari terakhir ini yang hanya tinggal 5 hari lagi.

Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. Rasulullah mengajarkan umatnya agar melipatgandakan ibadah pada 10 malam terakhir Ramadan melebihi malam-malam yang lain.Seperti yang ramai sudah maklum, di malam-malam terakhir terkandung satu malam yang dipanggil Lailatulqadar atau Malam al-Qadar yang cukup istimewa bagaikan hadiah tidak ternilai dari Allah buat umat Islam. Ini disebut secara jelas dalam al-Quran: Firman Allah S.W.T, ”Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan (al-Quran) ini pada Malam al-Qadar. Dan bagaimana engkau dapat mengetahui kebesaran Malam al-Qadar itu? Malam al-Qadar lebih baik daripada seribu bulan. Pada malam itu, turun malaikat dan Jibrail dengan izin Tuhan mereka, kerana membawa segala perkara (yang ditakdirkan berlakunya pada tahun yang berikut); Sejahteralah Malam (yang berkat) itu hingga terbit fajar!” (Al-Qadr: 1-5).

Kesungguhan Nabi beribadah telah disebut dalam sebuah Hadis : “Apabila telah masuk bulan Ramadan, maka Nabi menghidupkan malam, mengejutkan isterinya dan mengetatkan kainnya (tidak menyetubuhi isterinya kerana amat sibuk dengan ibadat yang khusus).” ( Riwayat al-Bukhari dan Muslim).

Matlamat utama kita dalam mengejar malam al-Qadar ini bukanlah sekadar untuk kita mengharapkan doa kita yang bersifat kebendaan semata-mata dimakbulkan Allah. Sebaliknya, matlamat untuk mengejar malam al-Qadar adalah bagi mendapatkan kerahmatan dan keampunan Allah di atas segala apa yang telah segala kesilapan dan dosa yang telahdilakukan di atas muka bumi ini.

Nabi S.A.W. telah mengajar kita untuk berdoa; ”Ya Allah sesungguhnya Engkaulah Maha Pengampun, dan amat suka memberi ampun, maka berikanlah daku keampunan”.
Oleh itu marilah kita sama-sama merebut peluang dan kesempatan ini meningkatkan amalan ibadah agar hidup lebih bermakna di dunia dan akhirat kelak.

actions you take will drive you towards success.

Power Step #1: Be In Charge Of Your Life

Caring what other people think of you puts them in charge of your
life, instead of you.
Most of us are brought up (rightfully so) to consider others. But,
unless we are discerning, we soon find ourselves caught up in a job
we can't stand, or living in a relationship which makes us unhappy,
or getting caught up in the spiral of poverty.

'Other people' slavery kills your creativity, your energy and drive
towards your own goals and fulfilling your dreams. It stops you
from going to places you want to visit and enjoying the kind of
entertainment that you enjoy. So, make certain you're not always
driven to do things, merely because you're worried about what other
people think of you. Be confident in who you are!

Power Step #2: Strive to be Different

Nearly everyone you know will strive to be normal - because it's
socially acceptable. But the normal person goes nowhere special and
achieves the mundane.


Power Step #3: Look to the Future

If you dwell on your past mistakes your creativity can crash to a
grinding halt and you will be unable to move forward. Losing is
good if you interpret it correctly.

Don't regard mistakes as mistakes. It ceases to be a mistake and
loses its power to hold you back if you can learn to be glad that
you've not failed but learned valuable lessons in life. That
attitude will help you to build future successes.

Blessed is he who is not discouraged by mistakes. Blessed is he who
is glad he makes mistakes. Winning - or losing - is a state of mind.


Power Step #4: It's Never Too Late


If you have a goal and you find yourself saying 'it's too late',
the only way to conquer that fear is to ignore it and go ahead and
do the thing you fear. It's NEVER too late if you have the courage
and the passion to follow your dream.


Power Step #5: Don't Crave Security


The idea of insurance is to cushion the impact of the unexpected.
In theory it's a good idea, but it has turned our society into a
population of security seekers. It has weakened our strength as
individuals who know we can surmount any problem or situation that
life throws our way.

The stifling extent of this slavery is enormous. The more security
we have the less psychological freedom we can enjoy and the less
our chances are of success and abundance.


If you want to make sure you don't stifle your need for excitement:

1. Dare to be individual.

2. Dare to develop your own style - instead of following fashion.

3. Dare to study and work to improve yourself in your profession.

4. Dare to have a positive mental attitude and the courage to try.

In other words: Dare to take a chance.

Power Step #6: I Am Certain to Win

Our minds drive us to achieve exactly what we believe we're capable
of achieving. This is good news because once we understand this and
master the art of controlled thinking, then we can guide our
destiny towards success.

If you need to break the bonds of 'I'm certain to fail' slavery:

1. Hold positive chats with yourself.
2.Surround yourself with positive people.
3. Think, 'I'm going to succeed'
4. Think, 'I'm a winner'.

The only person you will have to convince is yourself. Other people
are automatically convinced you're great and a success, after you
have convinced yourself.

Dalam kehidupan seharian kita tak dapat lari dari pergaulan dengan orang ramai.Oleh itu untuk menjadi seorang yang disenangi dikalangan rakan-rakan, beberapa kemahiran berkaitan perhubungan manusia amatlah diperlukan.

Di bawah ini diberikan beberapa tip agar kita disukai ramai:


1.Belajar untuk mengingati nama-nama.Ini akan menunjukkan yang kita minat terhadapnya.Perlu kita ingat bahawa nama, kedudukan, gelaran seseorang itu amat penting bagi dirinya.Hafal dan sebutlah namanya berulang kali.


2.Jadilah orang yang ‘disenangi’ supaya tidak wujud sebarang tekanan untuk bersama anda.

3.Jadilah seorang pendengar yang baik.Tunjukkan minat anda yang lebih terhadap segala percakapannya dan bukan sebaliknya.Pandang matanya menunjukkan yang anda minat dengan apa yang diperkatakannya.Berilah pujian ikhlas dan ucapan penghargaan kepadanya.

4.Jangan menjadi egoistik.Elakkan diri daripada memberi terlalu banyak pandangan seolah-olah kita saja yang tahu segala-galanya; pamerkan sifat merendah diri.

5.Pupukkan kualiti diri anda yang sentiasa menarik, mengembirakan dan memberangsangkan, supaya orang ingin bersama anda dan mendapatkan kerjasama dari anda!!

6.Belajar untuk menghapuskan unsur yang tidak elok dan tidak sesuai yang mungkin tidak anda sedari.Hapuskan daripada personaliti anda.Serlahkan personaliti yang lebih membina.!!

7.Tawarkan pertolongan atau bantuan kepada seseorang terlebih dahulu – sebelum anda meminta apa jua bentuk bantuan dan pertolongan daripadanya.Jadilah seseorang yang ‘diperlukan’, diharapkan dan amat ‘berguna.’

8.Praktikkan sifat sukakan orang dan hormatkan orang sehingga ia menjadi sebagai sifat semula jadi anda dan amalan anda!!!.Dalamilah ilmu kemahiran kemanusian anda.

9.Ambil kesempatan untuk mengucapkan tahniah atas kejayaan seseorang dan nyatakan rasa simpati atas kedukaan atau kegagalannya.Kongsilah perasaan anda bersamanya!!

10.Praktikkan daya tarikan peribadi anda yang bermagnet.Pesonakan orang lain dengan memenuhi keperluan ‘naluri’ mereka yang meronta ‘kehausan’ akan perhatian, penghargaan, sanjungan, keprihatinan dan kasih sayang.

Being an effective leader will require you to be brave and unlock the door to your inner attic, where your childhood dreams lie, going inside to the heart.

Here are 10 easy steps you can take to awaken the leader in you and rekindle your passion for greatness:


1.Be Yourself.
Use your relationships with mentors and your research on great leaders as models or reference points to work from, but never copy or imitate them like a parrot.Everyone has vastly different leadership styles. History books are filled with leaders whoare soft-spoken, introverted, and quiet, all the way to the other extreme of being outspoken, extroverted, and loud, and everything in between.


2. Dream Big.If you want to be larger than life, you need a dream that’s larger than life. Small dreams won’t serve you or anyone else. It takes the same amount of time to dream small than it does to dream big. So be Big and be Bold! Write down your One Biggest Dream. The one that excites you the most. Remember, don’t be small and realistic; be bold and unrealistic!


3. Follow Your Bliss.Regardless of how busy you are, always take time to do what you love doing. Being an alive and vital person vitalizes others. When you are pursuingyour passions, people around you cannot help but feel impassioned by your presence.This will make you a charismatic leader. Whatever it is that you enjoy doing, be it writing, acting, painting, drawing, photography, sports, reading, dancing, networking, orworking on entrepreneurial ventures, set aside time every week, ideally two or threehours a day, to pursue these activities.


4. SWOT Yourself.SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This is a useful key to gain access to self knowledge, self-remembering, and self-honoring. Start by listing all your Strengths including your accomplishments. Then writedown all your Weaknesses and what needs to be improved.

Make sure to include anydoubts, anxieties, fears, and worries that you may have. These are the demons anddragons guarding the door to your inner attic. By bringing them to conscious awareness you can begin to slay them. Then proceed by listing all the Opportunities you see available to you for using your strengths. Finally, write down all the Threats or obstacles that are currently blocking you or that you think you will encounter along the way to achieving your dreams.



5. Vision.Without a vision, we perish. If you can’t see yourself winning that award and feel the tears of triumph streaming down your face, it’s unlikely you will be able to lead yourself or others to victory. Visualize what it would be like accomplishing your dream.See it, smell it, taste it, hear it, feel it in your gut.


6. Perseverance.Victory belongs to those who want it the most and stay in it the longest. Now that you have a dream, make sure you take consistent action every day. I recommend doing at least 5 things every day that will move you closer to your dream.


7. Honour Your Word.Every time you break your word, you lose power. Successful leaders keep their word and their promises. You can accumulate all the toys and riches in the world, but you only have one reputation in life. Your word is gold. Honour it.


8. Get a Mentor.
Find yourself a mentor. Preferably someone who has already achieved a high degree of success in your field. Don’t be afraid to ask. You’ve got nothing to lose.They even have a free personal profile you can fill out in order to potentially find you a suitable mentor. In addition to mentors, take time to study autobiographies of great leaders that you admire. Learn everything you can from their lives and model some of their successful behaviors.

9. Humility. Leadership starts with humility. To be a highly successful leader, you must first humble yourself like a little child and be willing to serve others. Nobody wants to follow someone who is arrogant. Be humble as a child, always curious, always hungry and thirsty for knowledge. For what is excellence but knowledge plus knowledge plus knowledge - always wanting to better yourself, always improving, always growing.When you are humble, you become genuinely interested in people because you want to learn from them.


10. Give.Finally, be a giver. Leaders are givers. By giving, you activate a universal law as sound as gravity: .life gives to the giver, and takes from the taker.. The more you give,the more you get. If you want more love, respect, support, and compassion, give love,give respect, give support, and give compassion. Be a mentor to others. Give back to yourcommunity. As a leader, the only way to get what you want, is by helping enough peopleget what they want first.

5 Super Tips for Improving Communication Skill

It might sound an over-simplification, but it's true. The

best way of improving communication skill is through

practice. There are some easy and fun ways that you

can improve your communication skill, though, so you

needn't worry about it being too hard to do.

Remember that communication can be either written or

spoken. Both of these improve with practice and here

are some fun ways to do that:

1. Write down your thoughts

Just write down anything. It can be impromptu and you

3. Try the telephone

Telephone conversations take a different set of skills.

Obviously, one big difference is that you can't read

body language of the person you're talking to on the end

of the telephone line. Also, without this body language

to read, silences can seem much longer over the phone.

though, so you need to learn not to be frightened of

these pauses in conversation.

Try holding a conversation with anyone you meet - the

remember not to directly attack anyone and you can

have a really fun time and also learn a lot in the process.

So, try a few of these tips and see how much more

comfortable you feel in communicating with other people,

both people you know and strangers. You will soon be

improving communication skills in all areas of your life

and you should be enjoying it too.

And do remember, exceptional communication skills can be

learned.

Find a proven formula and follow it. You will be amazed at

how quickly you will progress. Although some people fear

otherwise, people skills can be learned by anyone of at

least average intelligence.

The difficulties you had in the past will not stop you

making rapid progress now. What matters is learning a

proven approach you can use for the rest of your life.

MEMBENTUK IMEJ DIRI YANG POSITIF

Faktor terpenting yang mempengaruhi harga diri kita ialah imej diri. Apa itu yang dikatakan imej diri? Imej diri merupakan gambaran mental tentang diri seseorang atau siapa kita fikirkan tentang diri kita.

Sebahagian besar imej diri anda telah dirosakkan oleh tanggapan pengalaman masa lampau anda: kejayaan dan kegagalan,

Anda menjadi apa yang anda paling kerap fikirkan. Apa sahaja yang lazim anda fikirkan akhirnya terpahat dalam minda separa sedar anda. Apa-apa pun yang dipercayai sebagai benar oleh minda sedar anda, akan dianggap benar dan diterima sebagai satu kepercayaan oleh minda separa sedar dan membawanya ke tahap realiti.

Sebenarnya, imej diri kita yang memandu atau memprogramkan kita ke arah kegagalan atau kejayaan.Imej diri kita mempengaruhi tingkah laku kita. Tingkah laku pula mempengaruhi prestasi kita. Prestasi kita akhirnya memperteguhkan imej diri kita. Imej diri yang positif memberi kuasa dalaman kepada individu untuk mencapai matlamat-matlamat yang diingini. Kepercayaan positif yang mencetuskan keghairahan dalam diri seseorang

Imej diri juga menentukan batas pencapaian seseorang; apa yang boleh dan tidak boleh anda lakukan.Ramai orang gagal mencapai kejayaan yang besar dalam kehidupan kerana imej diri yang negatif, dan bukan kerana kekurangan kemampuan atau bakat. Orang yang mempunyai imej diri yang negatif lazimnya akan mempunyai harga diri yang rendah. Oleh itu, mereka berasa tidak yakin untuk hidup cemerlang serta tidak kompeten untuk menangani cabaran-cabaran asas dalam kehidupan. Imej diri yang rendah menapis sebarang mesej positif dan mereka sentiasa berfikiran negatif.Sebab itulah bagi sesetengah orang bengkel motivasi tidak memberi sebarang makna bagi mereka.

Perlu diingat imej diri anda bukanlah diri anda sebenarnya (Anda Yang Sebenar), tetapi persepsi anda mengenai diri sendiri (Diri Yang Diamati). Kebanyakan kepercayaan diri kita dibentuk oleh tanggapan atau tafsiran kita tentang pengalaman masa lampau, bagaimana orang lain bertindak balas dengan kita atau label-label yang telah diberikan kepada kita. Kita beranggapan bahawa kepercayaan itu “benar” walaupun ada kemungkinan kepercayaan itu langsung tidak benar. Keadaan akan menjadi lebih teruk bila kita pula bertingkah laku menurut kepercayaan yang tidak benar itu.


Ramai orang, terutama mereka yang mempunyai harga diri yang rendah, telah menjadi mangsa pemprograman lalu berdasarkan input negatif daripada orang lain Ketika membesar, ramai antara kita telah dihujani oleh input negatif daripada orang lain seperti Kamu tidak pandai!, Mengapa kamu bengap sangat?Kamu orang miskin apa yang kamu tahu?kamu tidak hebat! Dan lain-lain label negatif lagi..

Ramai orang mempunyai imej diri yang herot yang tidak mencerminkan potensi sebenar mereka (bakat dan kemampuan sebenar). Kita telah diajar menjadi negatif oleh orang lain. Kita telah menerima input negatif daripada orang lain dan mengangapnya sebagai sesuatu yang mutlak.Kebanyakan kita memandang rendah diri sendiri dan kita kerap kali berasa rendah diri berbanding dengan orang lain. Terlalu ramai antara kita juga risau tanpa sebab. Pendek kata, kita telah menjadi musuh, terburuk diri sendiri dengan memendam imej diri negatif.

Mujurlah, anda boleh mengubah imej diri anda untuk dipadankan dengan Anda Yang Sebenar. Secara sedar, anda boleh menggantikan kepercayaan negatif atau kepercayaan yang merugikan diri sendiri itu dengan kepercayaan positif.Kita boleh memilih untuk menolak pelaziman negatif zaman lampau atau semasa kita masih kanak-kanak.Perlu diingat daya anda yang tidak terbatas bergantung pada kemampuan anda mengawal kepercayaan anda.

1. Tuntutlah kebenaran tentang diri anda. Kebenaran itu akan membebaskan anda daripada belenggu pemprograman negatif masa lampau. Adakah imej diri anda kini mencerminkan Anda Yang Sebenar? Apakah kekuatan dan kelemahan anda? Apakah kepercayaan


2. Cabar dan padamkan kepercayaan negatif anda. Katakan “Berhenti” atau “Batalkan “ atau berkata "tidak" dengan kuat apabila anda bertembung dengan fikiran negatif.

3. Gantikan fikiran negatif dengan fikiran positif. Fikirkan kejayaan, bukannya kegagalan. Jangan sekali-kali merendahkan diri anda. Lihat diri anda dari perspektif baru; sahabat karib diri anda.

4. Tonjolkan fikiran positif dari semasa ke semasa. Perteguhkan imej diri anda dengan menulis pernyataan-pernyataan positif tentang diri anda pada kad-kad pengesahan. Letakkan kad-kad itu di tempat yang sesuai agar anda dapat melihatnya setiap hari (contohnya, di atas meja anda atau pada cermin muka di bilik air).

5. Bayangkan gambar mental baru anda yang berjaya. Ini akan membolehkan minda separa sedar anda bertindak balas seolah-olah anda sudah berjaya dalam usaha baru anda.

Akhirnya, berhentilah daripada mensabotaj diri anda dengan menjadi mangsa imej diri negatif dan harga diri yang rendah. Bertekadlah untuk membina semula diri anda; mulalah membina imej diri yang positif dan mempertingkatkan harga diri anda. Bertindaklah mulai sekarang sebagai seorang pemenang dan hebat!
